"It's too risky," Vicky growls.
Ed turns back towards his sister. "You have a better idea?"
"Yes," Marco nods. "Please. A better idea."
"We hire a witch," Vicky says.
Marco's face falls. "A witch? Seriously? That's your better idea?"
She scowls at him. "Their magic will be able to tell us more than any hunter ever will."
"Their magic makes my nose twitch," Marco says. "Seriously. It's like cinnamon or rotting apples or something. I can't stop sneezing. I might be allergic. Besides, everyone knows witch magic comes at a price. A friend of a friend of mine asked a witch to make a wolf from another pack fall in love with him... and the witch asked him for his teeth. All of them."
"Did he do it?" Ed mutters.
"Yes. They're very happy together. But he has no teeth."
"That's a lie," Vicky says. "There is no such thing as love magic."
"Just telling you what I heard," Marco says, crossing his arms. "Witches. They're bad news."
