Standing on a field of green with sweat all over my body, I look around to see the sight I've been working on since the time we found out about the Ore Crystals.

I made a lot of seeds of different kinds, half are industrial plants and the other half are for food. I could change their properties, so I made them produce results faster and better. The price is the soil being worse, but that is negligible with the vigor I spent on giving nutrients to the soil using floor owner's perk, so I've been going round the field with both of my bodies every day for the last few months to do that.

I tried to make plants, but it cost a lot more than seeds and was less efficient than what I'm doing right now, so I'd rather do this than that.

Anyways, I was surprised about the variety of jobs the people in floor 2's safe zone had before they came here, most are related to survival-related professions, which is a great help in situations like this where we have to build society from scratch. Whatever force above dictates this to happen, I'm extremely grateful for it. All of us missed our families, but since we can't do anything about it, we just have to live with the fact that someday they might appear here, and I promised that I would help their families the same way I helped them.

Beside the farming I started, a lot of significant things happened in the last 5 months, beside the fact that we found those Ores Crystal, my stats increased due to the training and made me work more efficient, we made a forge for metalworking and with that we made a whole lot of stuff like tools and a few weapons, we also made a loom to make clothes using the cotton I farmed and a lot more machines, Jake and Jenna have been a great help for us to make things as he can create anything that he have seen before and with Jenna enhancing his ability to remember things he remembered watching a lot of how things were made and so he create some machine using his shapeshifting ability and we just copy it.

I found more use for the inventory, which is extracting something from something else. When I remove them from my inventory, the inventory just takes what I consider to be that ore, meaning all impurities are left behind. That's great for us because we don't have to go through the process of doing that.

I did some experiments with my inventory. Before I went to floor 2, I did an experiment to test my inventory. When I put a living rabbit in it, I lost a lot of my vigor, and when I pulled it out, it just stood there looking at me, not moving a bit, and it just died a few days later, still at the same spot. That's the reason why I didn't put a human inside my inventory, too much risk, and it's unpredictable, though it could potentially be used for warfare.

The other experiment was Time Stopping. Since my vigor has reached a high level, I can say that I could test this without accidentally killing myself like the first time I used it. Time Stop has such a blunt and short description that I had no idea how it worked, and it didn't explain what I could do with it other than stop time, so I had to do some experiments. When talking about Time Stop in my mind, I think of that vampire from that anime, and it seems like most of my Time Stop functions work like his. Scientifically, I shouldn't be able to move in stopped time due to the air being stopped, and even if I could, everything I do when time is stopped is faster than the speed of light. It would decimate everything with a tiny bit of movement done by myself, which obviously didn't happen, as the world is still safe even after I moved in Time Stop.

But something is different from my time stop is when I attack the time stop with and only with the intention to attack it, it moves a bit, but when I cancel the time stop, the thing I touched gets obliterated. When I didn't intend to attack or destroy the thing, nothing happened to it after time stopped. It's hard to tell where logic went with the ability, but I'm chill with how it works, it's very user-friendly.

Precisely on the day that marked the end of the 5th month, a screen came up in all of our line of sight and gave us a big surprise.

I haven't looked at it for 6 months, so I guess some parts have changed. The number of people at the entrance was doubled compared to our batch. Looking at it again, I saw something odd, the number of people on floor 1 should have been 86 after we left, not 77. What happened?
