Chapter 39 - CHAPTER 39

As Ren and his crew reached the 10th floor, they encountered an entirely unexpected sight. The sky, instead of its usual calming blue like other floors, hung above them like a spooky painting, glowing with a deep shade of blood-red. The whole atmosphere crackled with tension, and there was a strange metallic tang in the air that made every breath feel ominous.

The once-lush trees now stood as mere skeletons of their former selves, their dried-up branches reaching out like creepy, bony fingers. There wasn't a drop of water in sight, just dry, cracked land telling a tale of a brutal drought.

Adding to this otherworldly vibe were two moons dominating the sky. One was a weird shade of sickly green, casting an eerie light on the scene. The second, a crimson orb, seemed to pulse with an ominous glow, making the barren land look even more haunting.
