Putting his phone in his pocket, Adam walks out of his room to find the familiar corridors of his old house, bringing back memories he had suppressed.
Memories of when he was just a child playing with his real mother in these same halls. As these memories play inside his mind, his eyes start to tear up a little, so he wipes his eyes with his hand.
As these memories hit him like a truck, his hatred for his father rekindles a little. The reason he hated his father is because the bastard was cheating on his mother with a younger woman, and when his mother died, it didn't take long for that bastard to bring that young woman here to live with them.
The bastard didn't even shed a tear for her.
"It's no use getting riled up right now," he says to calm down. He walks downstairs to find a massive hall filled with expensive collections that his father likes to spend money on, but in Adam's eyes, they are just overpriced sculptures and paintings.
He then makes his way to the dining room. Adam enters the dining hall and sees his father looking through his tablet, analyzing the stock market like he always does every morning.
Adam is seeing this man for the first time in 18 years and he feels nothing towards this man. He then looks at his stepmother Julia, who is also looking at him while preparing their breakfast. Well, to be exact, she is staring at his crotch.
He smirks at her as he realizes that his naked figure has left a deep impression on her and he doesn't expect much from this gold digger. She is, after all, a lying, cheating slut. But he wouldn't also mind fucking her brains out and making her his personal cum dumpster.
He has dreamt about it many times and now that he has gotten a second chance; he is going to make it happen.

When Adam walked into the kitchen, Julia couldn't help but look at his crotch. She still can't believe that the pervert whom she has caught spying on her many times owns a monster between his legs.
She then realizes that Adam is looking back at her, so when her eyes level with his, she can see the smirk on his face. 'Shit, did he see me checking out his dick?' she thought and looked away.
Adam pulls out a chair and sits down opposite to his dad. Jack Grant, a self-made millionaire. Noticing Adam's presence, he puts his tablet down and stares at his son.
He feels disappointed looking at his son, who does nothing but spend his time in his room playing video games.
"What are your plans for the future? Do you want to study any further?" Jack asks.
Adam looks at his father. He remembers this conversation very well because this conversation led to a very big fight between him and his father, which allowed Julia to sow seeds of doubt in Jack's mind regarding Adam's incompetence.
"No, I have already realized that I am not good with academic stuff. I decided to get a part-time job for now and maybe see what the future holds," Adam replies.
This answer surprises both Jack and Julia. From what they have seen till now, Adam has always been very lazy and did everything half-heartedly. So seeing him take initiative on his own is a surprising event.
One thing good about Jack is that he doesn't look down on people who start from the bottom because he is one of them. He believes that Adam doing a part-time job will teach him about responsibility.
"I see, then I will be cutting off your pocket money. Since you are going to earn for yourself now," Jack says. Hearing this pisses off Adam because he knows his father very well. This is one of his tests.
If it was the younger past him, he would have burst into an outrage. Just what the old bastard wants, to see if he can handle being abandoned like this. But this is Adam from the future, someone with a very thick skin.
"Whatever," he replies nonchalantly. This surprises Jack once again. He had expected an outburst from his son, but he didn't even bother questioning his decision.
'What happened to him? Well, whatever it is, it's for his own good,' Jack thought and returned his attention to his tablet.
'Something is different about him,' Julia also thinks, as Adam seems a lot more confident.
"Julia, hurry up," Adam says while looking straight at her. The previous Adam also called her by her name, but he would have never asked her in such a tone.
This surprises her. She doesn't like the tone Adam used just now, so she looks at her husband but sees him lost in his tablet. She squints her eyes in frustration and looks back at Adam.
Seeing that Adam is not looking away, she folds. "Wait a few minutes," she says and starts preparing his breakfast. 'That little runt. He seems to have grown a spine. Let's see how long it lasts,' she thinks while preparing his breakfast.
Once done, she brings it to him. Your typical modern-day breakfast with meat, eggs, vegetables, and a glass of juice.
"Honey, when is the new maid coming? I am tired of doing all the housework all alone," she asks Jack. She has been fed up with making breakfast for a week now. She thought marrying a rich man would exempt her from such tasks.
"I have already contacted the maid agency. They will be sending a few candidates. You can screen them and hire the one to your liking," Jack says without taking his eyes off the tablet.
"Finally," Julia says and brings Jack his breakfast as well.
"When are these maids coming?" Adam asks. Jack raises his head and looks at Adam. "Why are you interested?" he asks. "Well, since she will be working in our house, I think I should have the right to have a say in such matters," Adam says.
Jack stares at his son, wondering when he became so bold, and where was he hiding it all this time. Jack didn't mind this. He wants his son to be a little assertive so that he can take over the family business if he wants to.
"5:30 PM," he answers and starts eating his breakfast. Adam nods and looks back at Julia, who is looking back at him with a confused gaze.
Trying to understand why Adam is interested in matters regarding a maid.
