Cedric had spent many hours playing the game, that he hardly had time to sleep. After checking the time. Cedric left the house with only 2 hours of sleep.
Meanwhile, the system has taken the character of Orcus away from the game since Cedric wasn't there to control it. Normally the system would use the body, but this time the system has not done such a factor.
As soon as Hnung woke up, he knocked on the room that Orcus had used for the night. Hnung knocked once more, and without any answer, Hnung slowly opened the door to find that Orcus was nowhere to be seen.
"Has Orcus left?"
Hnung continued his work, though he was disappointed to not say his goodbyes to his lord.
But last night when everyone In the village had a fun time, they all asked a question to their god and Orcus gladly answered them all.
But what made the goblins feel at ease was that the god they always prayed on was eventually real. This eased their burdens.
Hnung left his house and helped the others to continue rebuilding their homes.
"Umm excuse me Uncle Hnung! Is god Orcus still asleep?"
Marik holding a small axe with a gleaming smile asked Hnung.
"Oh our god Orcus has already left.."
"What! No! Arghh I was going to ask our god to give me some tips on using the axe…"
"Your still 4 years old Marik, why are you holding a small axe? If your mother Iny finds out you're holding a dangerous weapon then you'll get scolded. And aren't you supposed to be with the other children at Phuna's house? Why are you here?"
"Umm I wanted to train…besides what Phuna teaches makes my head dizzy.."
"I'll tell your mother if you don't go now.."
"Urghhh fine!! But tell me once God Orcus has come back!"
Hnung sighed and continued his work.
….
Meanwhile, three children were currently sneaking out of their village.
"Primo? You sure this will work?"
"Pan this will work! I have dug this hole for a few days now without Mom knowing!"
"Oh, we're sneaking out!"
"Shhhh Terzo!"
"Oh yeah, this is supposed to be a secret.."
"But don't you think the hole is too small?"
"We will fit if we transform into our wolf form!"
"I think it will work Pan!"
"Ok then.."
The three children with their animal tails and ears, with a poof of air transformed into small puppies.
"Let's go outside!"
The three using their wolf form, crawled through the hole.
The first one to enter the hole was Primo, next was Pan and the third was Terzo. As the three finally got outside, the three began to run to the field.
"Were free!"
"Hey let's go to the woods!"
"Yeheyy!!"
The three little Beastmen had started their small adventure
The three who were getting near the forest transformed back into their Beastmen form.
"Alright follow me, my squad! We will now hunt for beasts!"
"Aye, sir!"
Pan and Terzo shouted in unison and followed Primo.
As the three climbed a tall tree, upon reaching the upper part. The three children gasped at the sight of their small village and the whole forest.
"Wahh the air feels so fresh!"
"And look everything is so small!"
The three rested themselves on the tree feeling the refreshing breeze.
"Hey, Primo? Shouldn't we be home right now? It's almost time.."
"Ughh, Pan everyone in the village does it every day! It's a statue! Why do we have to pray in front of it each day!"
"That's kind of rude Primo, Pan is right. Mom usually looks for us to pray with her. I think we should go back! If Mom doesn't find us inside the village she will get pissed at us!"
"Fine. Your right Terzo…"
As the three children slowly descended from the tree.
"Why do we have to pray in front of that statue anyway? It's just a statue…everyone in the village has a miniature one."
"Primo of course we should pray to her, she is our god and the one who created Mom and Dad!"
"Yeah but, isn't it annoying? Mom always drags us to pray every time…it's getting on my nerves.."
"Primo!.."
"What?!"
"Moms here…."
Primo turned around the face Lenta's angry face.
"So the three of you decided to come here again?!"
"Mom…"
"We were just playing!"
"It was Primo's idea!"
"You three are coming with me!"
Pan was rather obedient and followed Lenta, Terzo also obediently followed Lenta. While Primo was being dragged by Lenta.
"Ouch, you're hurting me, Mom!"
"Well, I wouldn't have to drag you home if you obediently followed me like you brothers!"
"This is embarrassing tch.."
….
Many of the Beastmen gathered to pray in front of the statue of Lux. Lenta was also one of these people, Pan and Terzo also obediently prayed in front of the statue, meanwhile Primo was grumbling.
"If you don't shut that mouth of yours and pray, you'll get grounded later.."
"Urghhh fine.."
After the prayers, Lenta and the three children went inside their homes for lunch.
"How many times do I have to tell you Primo, Pan, Terzo it's dangerous outside! You know what happened to your father, I already told you about it many times!"
"We know Mom. Dad got attacked by this huge and ferocious beast, and he was presumed dead but thanks to our goddess he was saved miraculously...cliché.."
Lenta glanced at her three children. Primo was the oldest and was the leader of the two children. Primo has a rather problematic personality, though the child looks exactly like Dux, the two of them had different attitudes.
Pan although the one who looks exactly like Lenta, was the most reasonable one out of the three. Though he follows Primo, Pan is rather obedient and responsible, and he doesn't match Lenta's personality at all.
Terzo the third child, is the one who is in between them both. Terzo is laid back and can match both his brother's attitudes.
Lenta has the most trouble with raising Primo. Pan and Terzo were quite easy to control. But Primo wasn't.
"I'll tell your father about this attitude of yours Primo, you are endangering both your little brothers."
"Endangering? We were just playing Mom!"
"Yet you broke the rule I made many times. I already told you that the forest is dangerous yet you never listen and keep on bringing your little siblings there. Not only that you are teaching your brothers to even hate our god…Primo, I don't know where you got such attitude from.."
"Urghhh…"
"Umm, Primo…you should apologize to Mom.."
"Urghhh!!"
Pan sighed seeing Primo leave the house.
"Here you should eat some! Mom makes good sweets"
"Hmm ok.."
Meanwhile, Primo who was walking around the village glanced at the huge statue.
"What's so amazing about you anyways? There's no way your real…"
Callidus who was walking around the village saw Primo standing in front of the statue. Callidus ran to Primo's side.
"So what do you think? Isn't she beautiful?"
"Uncle…Is she real?"
"Eh?"
Callidus glanced at the serious expression on Primo's face. This was the first time. Callidus heard someone question their goddess entity.
"Of course she's real! She's beautiful and amazing! She even helped your father from death…She sent one of her Apostles, the one who made a pact with our tribe. And the one who blessed you when you were inside your mother.."
"But have you seen her?"
"Seen? Well yes, when I was born the first image I saw was our goddess Lux. With her bright yellow hair, angelic beauty, and those majestic beautiful wings, that ring on her head. She's the epitome of beauty!"
"But you haven't sawn her in real life?"
Callidus was taken aback by the question.
"Well…no…but our goddess sent us messages and gives us a task to do!"
"And when was the last time the goddess talked to you? When was the last time she gave you a task uncle?"
"Uhh…."
"Never mind, it seems like the goddess you believe in isn't even real.."
Primo left the shocked Callidus as he continued his stroll in the village.
"Uhh all I ever hear is that goddess, is she even real? Tch, I'll only believe that she's real if I see her myself.."
"Primo?"
Primo who heard the familiar tone glanced back to see his Father standing in front of him.
"Dad!"
Primo ran to his father's side.
"Hey, Dad!"
"What are you doing here? Isn't it supposed to be your nap time?"
"Tch, don't treat me like Pan and Terzo, I have higher stamina and energy than them weaklings!"
"Hmm is that so?"
Dux stretched his hands and carried Primo on his shoulders.
"Well since you have a lot of stamina, then why don't you accompany me with checking the new fields?"
"Really? Yeheyy! Let's go, Dad!"
"Yoshhhh Let's go!"
The father and son stepped outside of the village's gate.
"Wahhh.."
"You like going outside that much?"
"Well, it's because of the fresh air. I feel free when I'm outside the village. I don't like being stuck inside the village Dad."
