"You!" Lixin's angered tone made Skyler regret what he had just said. He pinned his mouth shut and finished up his task for the day. Skyler arranged the files chronologically, stacking them in the cabinet. "I will get off work earlier. Do you have any requests you want me to carry out?"
Lixin approved of his early departure. He sighed and also packed his things up. Tomorrow would not be a fun day since Jialing expected so much from him. If any mistake happens, it might worsen Jialing's trust.
"Have you double-checked the hall that would be used?"
"Yes, and I made reservations for every elite that would show up. Your father will have a high seat. This is the blueprint in case you'd like to cross-check it." Skyler disclosed this as he emailed Lixin's with pictures.
