The banquet ended before the sun rose, Elizabeth dragged her tired body to her room, making sure to properly lock the door before laying on her bed.
"Kayla." She called when she felt a person's presence in her room.
"Your Majesty."
"It is Elizabeth." Elizabeth corrected.
"I can't get used to it." Kayla chuckled.
"But you called me Elizabeth throughout our time in Vandhill."
"Well, that was because I still wasn't sure then. You and Elena are so similar, from the looks down to the scent, it's a perfect copy." Her calm voice resounded in the dark room.
"Why didn't my name change? In the memory, my name was still Elizabeth… why?" Elizabeth asked, placing her hands on her belly.
"When Elena was born, I used magic to brainwash your mother and the nurses to make them believe that the babies were twins, and I suggested that your mother named both of you Elizabeth and Elena." Kayla explained.
