-Knock Knock
The knock on the door snapped her out of her reverie.
"Miss Elizabeth." The familiar voice called.
"Yes?" Elizabeth stood up and walked to the door.
"Are you ready?" George asked, his smile was flawless, leaving no room for suspicions.
"Yes." She said while scrutinising him.
"You look especially beautiful today." He complimented with a bright and gentle smile.
"I wish I could say the same for you." Elizabeth teased with a straight face.
"Haha." George chuckled, holding out his arm for her to hold unto.
Elizabeth smiled and interlocked her arm with his. She touched her thigh with her second hand and smiled when she felt the gun strapped to her thigh.
