I smiled, trying to encourage her. "I know it sounds unusual, but the juice is packed with nutrients, and the raw eggs are a great source of protein. They can really help with energy and recovery."
Rose picked up the glass of green juice and took a tentative sip, her face shifting as she processed the flavor. "It's... not bad," she admitted slowly, although I could see she was still unsure.
She then glanced at the raw eggs, clearly hesitant. "I'm not sure about drinking those. Isn't it risky?"
I nodded, acknowledging her concern. "I get that. They're not for everyone. If you'd rather not, I can whip up something else. I just thought it might be a quick way to get some protein in."
Rose set the glass down, still looking at the eggs. She gulped as she picked it up.
I took Anis to feed her. Our little girl watched her mommy with curiosity. She was probably wondering why her mommy looked so worried.
