I smirked as I walked up to the local stream that fed into Saffron's hometown's drinking water. With this, the land itself would die. Kneeling by the water, I took out a vial and poured it into the water. It shimmered a purple color before fading.
As the last of the purple liquid melded with the stream, I stood, my smirk growing into a full-fledged grin. The satisfaction of my plan coming to fruition sent a thrill through me. This was more than just a simple act of sabotage; it was a statement, a declaration of my cunning and will.
