Dahlia
[Days Later]
I smiled as I got everythin' prepped for the weddin' of the prince. With the help of my in-laws, I got enough money to rent a van for my make-shift caterin' business. I also bought a lot of material.
The prince told me I could use the royal kitchen's ovens to make my goods, that way they would be fresh. It sure was awfully nice of him.
Rose smiled and hugged me after saying farewell to her family and friends. "Take care, Dahlia."
I laughed. "I should be tellin' ya that." I placed a hand on her stomach. "Please take good care of ya self and my grandbaby."
My daughter-in-law smiled and nodded. "Don't worry, I will. And I'll be sure to watch over Sil and Alli too while you're gone."
I smiled and hugged her back. "Thank ya, Rose."
Rose shook her head, as modest as ever. "Don't mention it."
