"That was tasty!" Tasuku said, grinning. I couldn't tell which of the boys was talking, but giggled all the same.
"Well, I'm gonna go back to training," Saffron said, sitting up.
Rose frowned a little but turned away to not show it.
"I'll join you!" Tasuku said, following Captain.
Saffron smiled slightly. "A spar sounds good?"
"Yeah!"
I sighed at the two of them. They were ever so eager to fight even after all the battles we had been through. Although there was some calming about a friendly battle. Always having high stakes was what made them stressful.
Rose smiled slightly and waved.
"So, what's on your mind?" I asked as soon as the boys were gone.
She blushed and looked down. "Well, I was hoping Saffron and I could go back to snuggling."
I chuckled. "So, I wasn't wrong about that yelp?"
"I-it wasn't what you're thinking! We were just snuggling. The yelp was because his shirt fell off."
