I giggled as little Seb crawled after a ball. Mom thought it a good idea to expose him to different kinds of toys to expand his play. She had tried getting him to try it out while Gael and I were at the Imperial Capital.
"Seems the little man is enjoying it," Gael said, chuckling as he walked into the living room. His fluffy snow-white hair was still damp from his shower.
I nodded. "Yeah."
Gael knelt down. "He's really smart that sometimes I wonder if he's really my kid."
I pouted. "If someone heard you say that, they would think wrong."
He laughed nervously. "You know I didn't mean it like that!"
I crossed my arms and leaned back in the sofa. "Indeed, I do. Else I would've wacked you over the head."
He sat down next and me and smiled at our son. "I mean, I'm not really known for being smart or anything like that."
