I frowned as it took Kisara time to return. Was she alright? Maybe I should've gone with her after all...
"Not hungry?" Jiro asked.
"I'm worried about Kisara, she's been good for a while now," I said, looking over my back.
"Want to go searching for her?" Saffron asked as he put down his spoon.
I shook my head. "It's fine. I'll go by myself."
"You sure? It might be dangerous," Jiro said.
"That's why I don't want you to go. You're all still resting from the battle at the ruins. If I run into trouble, I'll just do what I do best."
"And that is?" Saffron asked, tilting his head.
"Run."
His eyes widened a little. "I see. Well, in that case, take care."
Putting down my bowl, I flew into the air and headed over to the ruins. I blinked as I saw Kisara by the outskirts of the camp, staring at the sky. Her expression was stoic, as if she were contemplating life.
