I waved goodbye and headed down the mountain. I wondered if this town had any leads on the seeds. Although, by the way the monkey king and mystery man spoke of them, they probably weren't common knowledge.
There was also the possibility that the seed bearers weren't currently alive. That man had said that the former queen and her husband had halves of seeds. Unless they had already reincarnated, those would be inaccessible to me. Although, how was having half a soul possible? Having one's soul cleaved was a scarier thought than death.
"Say, do you even know where my house is?" the man asked as he flew behind me. His wings were dark blue and bat-like.
I jumped as soon as I saw his wings. "Eh? Are you really not a demon?"
