"Where are you going next, Siphyr?" Asked Liliane as we walked out of the auction house.
"I hope you enjoyed your visit, please come again, esteemed guests!"
The elderly woman from before bowed her head along with two other clerks as Siphyr left the building.
"I want to walk around the city." He replied smiling, the city was bustling with people all around the streets.
Carriages, merchants, and there were even people outside the shops as they waited for customers.
The weather was nice and the blue sky was filled with white clouds moving by the wind.
The air felt refreshing and nice, and the freedom to wander around, Siphyr liked it very much.
It was then he realized something. He loved this kind of life, free and unbothered even if it wasn't his house.
He wanted to explore when he wanted, he wanted to have fun as he liked, not stuck in one place.
To him something like a sect will only hinder his cultivation. The outside world was much more fun than competing with disciples that couldn't even keep up with you.
He knew his talents and this was a fact that will never change. That's why at this moment he decided.
"I want to leave the sect." He said as he looked at the blue sky and continued, "I have come to like this feeling of adventure. I noticed it when I was having fun meeting new people from my mission." He smiled and behind him Liliane silently listened.
"If that is what you want, Siphyr. Then, let's go wherever and whenever you want. I'll contact the sect master later." She said, and Siphyr looked at her.
"Yeah, let's do that." He brightly smiled at her.
"Mmmmm...." As if to say she also agrees with the decision, Diane nudged her head up and down at Siphyr's shoulder.
'Indeed... Staying in one place will only hinder his cultivation and those disciples would only make him hold back. Not to mention...
he also needs experience, such as fighting with cultivators outside the sect.' Diane thought to herself and dozed off after.
Siphyr continued walking again afterwards and Liliane followed suit. The streets were filled with people but it wasn't as crowded as a festival street.
"There are lots of shops here and the deeper we go to the center, expensive and more luxurious items can be seen. Even restaurants look more expensive." He started observing the surrounding places.
A few minutes later they arrived in front of a restaurant near the center of the city. It was a renowned restaurant famous for its origin food.
Origin food to be exact were origin beasts that had cultivations and cooked. They were more expensive but you could also gain a little bit of Nyxar from them, though it isn't that effective.
They entered the restaurant called 'Beasts Food', and as they stepped inside, they were greeted by a young lady that came up as soon as she saw them.
"Welcome to the Beasts Food, dear customers! Please follow me, I will guide you to an empty table." She smiled professionally and slowly walked ahead of Siphyr and his group.
Moments later they arrived at an empty table and took a seat. The restaurant wasn't loud as people were enjoying their food, so the atmosphere around the place was nice.
"May I take your order now, dear customers?" She asked as she held out her pen and a note to take our orders.
Hearing her question, Diane grabbed the menu on the table and showed it to Siphyr. She was currently on Siphyr's lap.
"I want to have whatever you're having, Siphyr..." She sleepily said with a smile as she turned towards him.
"How about you, Liliane?" He asked Liliane who was on the other side of the table.
Liliane pondered for a moment before saying the exact same thing as Diane. "Then, I'll have whatever Sister Diane is having." She said, and placed the menu on the table.
'So basically, they'll both have whatever I'm ordering." He smiled at the thought and ordered a special menu for three.
"Three Giant Rabbit meat coupled with three juice drinks, did I get that correctly dear customers?" She asked, and Siphyr nodded.
She left and the three waited for only several minutes for their food to arrive.
"That was quick!" Siphyr exclaimed, how fast the food was cooked here was as fast as the chefs in the mansion.
"That's to be expected, we are in a highly rated restaurant in this high standards city after all. Naturally, the chefs here are also the best of the best, and that also includes the service."
After hearing her explanation, Siphyr began eating while at the same time spoon fed Diane on his lap. On the other side of the table, Liliane couldn't help but envy her sister's situation.
"Liliane, here say ahhh~" Of course, Siphyr saw this and decided to act. He teased her knowing that she'll eat what he handed.
"T- This is embarrassing, Siphyr.... There's a lot of people here..." She said shyly but nonetheless, she ate the food Siphyr reached out.
Unlike Diane, Liliane was quite shy when being spoon fed by Siphyr. Still, she felt happy being fed by him.
Half an hour passed by peacefully as they are their food. It was delicious and they left the restaurant with a full stomach.
However, for Diane and Liliane, their food quickly converted into energy filling up their body. As such, they didn't feel as full as Siphyr.
When they stepped outside, they noticed the surroundings were already dark and the moon had already loomed over the city.
Nevertheless, the streets were still filled with people and the city became even more brighter and beautiful with the lights.
Siphyr stood in silence before saying something to Liliane. Afterwards, Liliane nodded her head and a warm energy covered Siphyr's entire body.
Then, they flew up the sky and enjoyed the bright city under the dark sky below.
"As expected, I want to explore this beautiful world." He inwardly thought and gazed upon something more beautiful.
It seems that the short journey he had here had significantly changed his mind.
Now, rather than wanting to stay inside and read books all day, he wanted to traverse the continent and experience new things.
