Stell approached the cliff and sat next to Master.
As he turned to look at Master, Stell could see a tranquil and peaceful face. Hesitating, he turned to look at the sect, admiring the view.
After some time, he could hear his Master's voice. "What drives you, young man?"
Stell admired the scenery as he answered without turning. "I said it already. I don't want to be an extra."
Master stayed silent for some time before he spoke again. "What drives you, young man?"
Stell furrowed his brows, realizing that his answer hadn't been satisfactory.
After spending some time thinking, Stell answered hesitantly. "I wish to be a protagonist. I don't want to be left behind by others. I don't want to be a helpless person who can't decide his fate."
Just as he felt proud of his answer, he could hear his Master's unbothered voice. "What is fate?"
Stell frowned as he didn't understand his Master's question. Fate was fate. What was there to explain?
