"She must be in her chamber" Calhoun answered.
Aliza nodded but frowned. She thought of checking on Stella later. Just then the chamber doors opened and Stella walked in. She looked a little tired, but all fit and fine. Aliza was relieved seeing this.
Stella looked straight at Isabella who was leaning against her father and then greeted her parents.
"Stella. Come here. Take a seat." Aliza patted the place infront of her on the bed. "Are you okay?" Aliza asked as she lovingly adjusted her eldest daughter's hair.
This simple everyday gesture made her eyes almost tear up.
"Mama..." Stella hugged her mother tightly and stayed there for few minutes. "I missed you" She said and took her father's hand to hold.
