The priestess, no longer on her knees, bowed lightly at Tapiwa before raising her staff towards the people. As soon as that was done, Tapiwa nearly staggered as thousands of voices sounded throughout the stadium, sending their greetings.
"We welcome you, Your Majesty!"
"May you live a thousand years!"
Tapiwa felt warm as she listened to that greeting. Being wished for such a blessing was truly heartwarming. She also wished that they all could live for a very long time.
That way, they would witness the downfall of their enemies together and see how their kingdom grows from ten thousand people to millions.
Tapiwa raised her hand and started waving at the people. Her voice wasn't too loud for her to return the greetings.
When she started waving, a wave of cheers followed, making her beam even brighter.
