Winter finally started, and it was a moment that Tapiwa had been looking forward to. She wanted to experience for herself how cold it was in the kingdom for the winter to claim so many people in the previous years.
However, when she went outside on the first night of the winter, she couldn't help but smile wryly, understanding why it was recorded in such a manner.
It was so cold. She had never experienced such coldness like that before. At night, the amount of snow which fell froze the soil. When morning arrived, there was ice all over, which then melted during the day only to form at night again.
That was a cycle that kept on repeating itself.
