As soon as they saw her, they greeted her enthusiastically.
"Good morning, captain!"
"Morning! How was your night?"
Tatenda looked at the two girls and responded smilingly, "A bit sleepy, but all is well. And you?"
"Couldn't be any better!"
"Since you are awake, then come with us to the well. We need to fetch the water for the morning bath."
"As you can see, we don't have any water pipes here at all!" in a complaining voice Venus said as she stretched her arms.
In this place, there was one well, two streets away from the one they were living in.
It was the well which they used to fetch water for drinking, bathing and any other uses that water has in life.
Tatenda hearing that, nodded her head. After all, her house didn't have any barrel of water but just a teapot, which she finished before going to bed.
