Aditya had been thinking all night about everything that had happened at the party. He wanted to understand Aisha but at the same time didn't want to soften toward her. His fear of betrayal had been overpowering his heart's attraction towards her. He couldn't sleep one wink and in the early morning, he got some unsettling news.
He quickly rushed to his study after dressing up neatly but forgetting to groom his hair. Karan, his aide had already started looking through the logbooks. "Good morning, sir." He immediately greeted him when Aditya entered the study.
"There is nothing good about the morning, Karan." He replied annoyed by the fact that they had been feeding an enemy under their nose.
"How can that be?" He sat back on the sofa and continued auditing the reports. "You got engaged. Sadly. I couldn't even congratulate you on that. I had been planning to do that the first thing in the morning but instead met with an annoying problem."
