Chapter 21 - Stitches

After Aisha died in her first life her only motive after waking up under that cursed celling was to save Maya at any cost.

With the click of the door, the doctor entered the room along with Maya. Aisha sat up straight and stretched her hand forward to the doctor who had taken a seat in front of her.

"We'll have to stitch the wound." He said after taking a close look. After every extraction, all the wounds of Aisha are stitched because of how huge they are. Yet every time the doctor tries to find a way except for stitching. He has stitched in almost every part of Aisha's body since her childhood and pitted her a lot for those scars were never going to leave her body. Moreover, stitching wasn't the healthiest option.

"Stop looking for other ways, just do it quickly. This will end in no time." Aisha said, thinking he hated stitching up her wound and why wouldn't she? Everyone hated her for some or the other reason. Those two servants from her first life also hated her and until now she couldn't figure out why.

"Anesthesia?" The doctor asked while looking for the injection in his bag, moving his fibble old hand through the items present in the bag.

"There's no need. Just do your work quickly." Aisha replied. Does she even need a pain-numbing drug after going through so much pain all these years? Of course, if it were her first, second, or even third life, she would have asked for the drug but after her third life, Aisha had become immune to the pain.

The doctor wore his spectacle that had huge glasses and then quickly took out his thread and started to stitch up her wound. He is so old, yet Aisha's doctor has never changed. 'I bet he can bearly see the wound.' Aisha knew no one cared about her but to this extent. What if she died due to infection, what would Dhananjay do then? He might just scream and shout and hit people on her death. Aisha was sure that he did the exact thing in her first life after her death. But the thought of how amusing his face might have been seeing his valuable asset dead without any more poison blood for him. Or rather the bride he wanted to use to trap the Raichands.

Maya left the room because she couldn't bear the sight of Aisha being stitched while her Miss saw the whole process and didn't flinch throughout.

'So, why did I reborn the fourth time? ' Aisha thought while staring at the process and making her doctor conscious of himself. He was surprised at how strong Aisha was. Just last week she cried a whole day after the treatment and asked for anesthesia and sleeping drugs before and after the operation. So what has changed today and why is this change so abrupt?

After her first life, Aisha wished to save Maya. In her second life, all the steps she took were for Maya's safety. Her every life had a reason, so what was the reason for this life?
