"Ron… Let this old man give you one small piece of advice… If you want peace of mind in such a messy world… Then you should never question yourself before and after doing something… If someone is suffering in front of you, don't question yourself if you should help them… Listen to your guts instead, and even if they ended up ungrateful and evil, don't question yourself on why you saved them… Not because they deserve to be saved, but because you don't deserve the pain of regret… "
"Just live your life as a free man, if you want to kill someone, kill them, if you want to save someone, save them… Don't cry over the past… Or else you'll never be able to live the present… "
Opening his eyes after recalling the memory of an unpleasant old man, Ron observed the scene unfolding before him as humans and goblins were falling to their deaths, not one by one, but five by five instead…
The arena's white floor was now completely red, covered in both humans' and goblins' blood, eyeballs, bodies, brains…
All internal organs of both races were scattered along the ground…
Looking at this Ron wondered to himself what could make the two races fight like that Or even hate each other like that… They merely met a few minutes ago yet they were fighting like both races had been enemies for centuries…
As Ron's eyes were going over the bloodbath going on everywhere while also killing a few goblins of his own, his eyes finally landed on a certain area where most of the attention was focused…
A 7 feet tall goblin with its disgusting monstrous-looking face was staring down with caution at the small fragile figure of an 18-19-year-old girl.
Though she looked so weak and seemed of no threat to the great goblin, the cold aura it could sense off of her was enough for the great goblin to not look down on this beautiful human female.
The tension between the two has been rising more and more since the battle was about to be over between the normal humans and normal goblins… But yet they both kept standing still as if waiting for something before their battle…
This was of advantage to the humans as their 'heroine' was more exhausted and spent some of her energy before while the great goblin was still in its prime force.
After a few seconds and when the great goblin couldn't take it anymore, it lunged forward with its huge arms, a punch thrown at Maggie threatening of turning her into a smashed potato in the form of a human female.
Some humans looked away, expecting to see a very disturbing scene if they don't, while the goblins' eyes were sticked to the two waiting to see blood splashing everywhere when their Champion smash contacts with the human…
Yet to both the races' surprise, Maggie was able to dodge the smashing punch effortlessly, or so it seemed…
But this 'effortless' move of hers took a lot of precision and needed a quick reaction as she had used her powers very effectively to freeze a certain part of the goblin's body to slow him down enough for her to be able to escape his substantial punch.
Angered by the fact the little human was able to escape her death and dodge his strike, the goblin once again smashes everything in its way trying to end the life of the annoying human.
Unlike the last time, Maggie knew she couldn't evade this hit yet she still had something in her pocket and was not ready to give up.
As the giant hand is about to reach her fragile body, out of the blue a big blue icy wall forms into existence rising up from the ground.
Unfortunately, her attempt of stopping the goblin's slamming hand ended up barely slowing it down for a few seconds…
This still saved her life as she used her agile body to escape the deadly attacks of the great goblin's.
One punch after the other, the goblin ended up breaking all her walls with its explosive power yet this show of strength had to cost him a lot since these walls ended up weakening his strikes much more and injured them intensely.
The goblin was getting a bit tired of all this tag type of fight… His fury reached higher levels as he felt his pride being torn apart…
Roaring in rage, it attacks with full force aiming to end the little human once and for all…
But to its surprise and the crowds' too… Maggie doesn't seem to even try to run away as she rushes into the goblin's way instead….
Everyone thought she was insane and called her crazy for her reckless, suicidal behavior yet to shock them once more and burn their brain cells in this fight, Maggie did what they all thought was impossible…
