"I still don't think this is a good idea" Lex voiced. He and Adam where currently sitting on a tree branch situated directly opposite the police station. They both wore the exact same outfit, which consisted of black skinny jeans, black all star converse shoes, and a black hoodie.
"Trust me dude this will work, i did my research. The only people here are the guards, all of which are the first rank except for their Head guard who is in the second. There is no way they could catch us bro don't worry" Adam reassured as he wore a black ski mask as well as black sunglasses. The boys had completely covered their whole bodies including their eyes.
"Let's go" Adam said as he jumped down the tree and landed without making a sound, followed by a somewhat reluctant Lex. The duo easily scaled over the 10 meter high wall and quietly landed on the other side.
With silent steps and avoiding a few guards, they made it to the front door. Which was locked. Adam proceeded to take out what seemed like two thin metal rods put them into the lock began to fiddle around with them.
"Let me guess..YouTube ?" Lex whispered.
"That website is awesome I don't even know why it was cancelled 60 years ago" Adam whispered back.
"Probably because it taught teenagers how to break into police stations" Lex grumbled under his breath and even though Adam wanted to retort he seemed to be in the zone.
{You know Lex, if i didn't know any better i would say Adam is a bad influence on you } Xen joked.

Adam released a smile at that sound but then narrowed his eyes as he and Lex heard people talking and laughing inside. 'Those must be the guards' the two boys thought simultaneously.
Adam suddenly started doing some weird hand signals which looked really obsurd. It looked like he had ants stuck in his sleeves or something.
"Just follow me!" he annoyingly whispered after noticing that Lex had absolutely no idea what his signs meant.
Adam then led Lex as they skillfully managed to avoid all the guards until they entered a room. This room was not locked and the duo went in without a hitch. Inside where about Ten computers.
Adam then started looking around frantically, Lex couldn't see his expression due to the mask however he himself was feeling worried for some reason. Which meant that is what Adam was feeling.
"What's wrong" he asked
"I can't find the documents ...." Adam revealed.
Lex raised his eyebrows"What documents are you talking about"
"The autopsy reports genius "
Lex felt like he was in a dream "What!! you really think the reports would be on paper!?"
"Well yeah where else would they write them."
Lex heard Xen laughing from inside the mind space. His father seemed to be really enjoying the show.
"You idiot! it's the year 2123 do you seriously think people still use paper!?" Lex almost raised his voice in frustration.
"Shit..... doesn't matter we just get the info from the computers, easy" Adam said before slapping his own forehead in realization.
"I'll be right back guys i just need to send an email real quick don't cheat!" A manly voice was heard just outside the door. Lex and Adam quickly hid under a table and tried to be as quiet as possible. They even stopped breathing. Normal teenagers would be sweating in fear in this situation, however Lex and Adam where actually enjoying the adrenaline with wide smiles on their faces, under the masks.
Lex was really happy to 'see' Adam smile like that despite the situation. They really did need to get out and have some fun to forget about what happened, and what better way to unwind than to break into a police station?.
The man went and sat on a table opposite the one Adam and Lex where hiding under. From their position, the twins had a direct view to the computer the man was using. Lex and Adam easily memorized the password.
A few minutes later and the man stood up and left. Adam didn't waste time and quickly went to the same computer to unlock it before he forgot the password.
'qwtuopljgfscbn , what kind of password is this?' Adam thought as he typed it in and as soon as he finished, the computer unlocked.
"...."
"..."
"Uhh do you know how to----"
"No Adam.....no i don't"
"....."
"....."
After 15 long minutes of trying to find the case file of Adam's mother. They finally found it and Lex quickly took out his phone to take a picture.

"Hey what was that?"
"It came from the IT room"
"Hey newbie, go check it out"
"Shit!!" Adam quickly switched off the computer and hid under the table which Lex was already under. The 'newbie' entered the room and started looking around while complaining to himself.
"Those guys always give me the boring stuff , it's not fair. 'newbie do this, newbie do that' when they definitely know my name!" he said
After looking around a few moments he looked over at the computer the twins where just using and walked over to it with narrowed eyes.
"Hey Sam!!!" he suddenly shouted, almost startling the two thieves under the table.
"WHAT !?" Sam shouted back from outside the room
"Which computer did you use to send your email !?" He asked.
"2C!!"
"Did you forget to return the chair!?" The man shouted and Adam cursed under his breath for his blunder.
"Whaaat!!? " Sam shouted back
"I said , did you... just forget it"
"Whaaat!!? "
"I said forget it !!! "
"Whaaat!!? "
The man then just grumbled some incoherent words as he stomped out of the room.
Lex and Adam heaved a sigh of relief as they crawled to the door to listen if there was anyone outside. After not hearing any footsteps, Adam slowly opened the door just enough to pop his head out and look around.
He then made a hand signal for Lex to follow as they tiptoed towards the main door. They where lucky enough to find the door still unlocked and quickly went out.
However their happy expressions turned serious as they turned around to see four officers standing there with smug and amused expressions.
"Well what have we got here ? looks like two kids who want to spend a night or two in jail" one if the officers said with a smile on his face wile carrying a shock button stick. He was the one who used the computer to send the email.
