Everyone agreed and made their way inside the tent. Eve and Silika went to the kitchen to start cooking while the others rested. Midnight and Peri jumped into Lex's lap when he sat down.
The two fluffy cats curled up on his lap and fell asleep, causing him to laugh. The four saw this and smiled before Eve commented. ''He truly cares about those two.''
"Yes, he certainly does. They've formed a deep bond, and their affection for him has grown stronger. Just watch them; it's clear that they adore him," Silika replied.
