Kimberly could swear her life had been on the clock since her rencounter with Nicholas. Life hasn't been this busy, this fast and chaotic with activities that had nothing to do with work.
While she had found a few pleasurable moments— she was too proud to say many — they were all things she wasn't particularly familiar with, such as a double date.
Thanks to Nicholas and his silly words about Cillian being her OB/GYN, he had created an imagination in her head, and she really didn't know how to see her relationship with Cillian going forward.
And if it wasn't for this arrangements she and Caroline had both plunged themselves in, she'd probably have introduced her fiance to her best friend during one of those their casual dates they had at the cafe or mall. Or probably a movie date at her place where they'd both talk over movie and popcorn as they lolled on the couch.
And definitely not this urgent way with a desperate press for time.
