It wasn't the wedding day yet, but the day before somehow felt like it. The anticipation hung heavy in the air as Kimberly prepared for the big move, overseeing last-minute preparations and packing up her belongings.
Nicholas had suggested that she move in with the family a day to the wedding so she wouldn't have to be so stressed after the wedding.
The room was a whirlwind of activity, with garments scattered across the bed and floor while Caroline sat on the edge of Kimberly's bed, helping her fold her clothes into one of the suitcases.
"You will need to start shopping soon to pick out clothes that accommodate your bump," Caroline said as she caught the dress which Kimberly tossed onto the bed from her wardrobe.
"I haven't thought of that," Kimberly said as she looked around the room, "For someone who's staying married for just two years, don't you think we are packing too much?"
