"Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down…."
Richard watched with an amused smile as Celeste, Mariama, and Paul sang on the mini-stage while dancing to the instrumental blasting in the room.
He was sitting on one of the couches while guarding Celeste's drink as she sang her fifth song in a row. Seeing her happy smile as she and Mariama did a mini-coordinated dance together, he was glad to see her looking more relaxed than before.
"So. That's your one?" A calm voice commented.
He turned to look at Jesse Holloway who was sitting on another chair and sipping a drink as he stared at the performance.
"That's her. What do you think?" he casually replied.
"Not the type you usually go for but very pretty."
"Hmmm."
"Not just pretty! She's nice too. Way too good for him in fact. I don't know what she sees in him." Lucas chimed in from his seat.
