"How do you like it?" Astrid was staring at the view with her eyes wide open when Aaron asked that question. Her eyes were shining brightly and the glitter was literally reflecting off the surrounding ice.
The first thing she noticed was the frozen lake in the middle of the wooded area. The frozen lake looked so perfect and pure that there was not even a dot of vapour on the ice, the cold vapours were practically non-existent and the fish swimming in the lake were visible. Not only that, but a rising vapour was coming out of a puddle, Astrid didn't know how deep the puddle was, but she was sure it was a hot spring.
On top of that there was a small waterfall at a small elevation that was literally frozen over and the reflection of the light made it look like blue glacial ice. The little ferrets travelling in the snow and the high views of the trees were very relaxing.
