As Jamie and Lapis walked through the sleek, metallic corridors of the space station, the atmosphere shifted in their wake.
The low hum of advanced machinery and the soft glow of luminescent panels on the walls cast an ethereal light on their figures.
Those who saw them immediately moved to the side, bowing their heads in deep respect. Normally, if Lapis walked alone, they would offer her respectful greetings, acknowledging her status and position.
But today, as she conversed with Jamie, none dared to interrupt their conversation.
Lapis was the strongest Race Empress of the Pinecone Galaxy (Pronounced Pin-a-cone), and she was also its Galactic Ruler.
Very few people dared not to show respect towards her.
