Daisy knows it is hard for Alicia to find a way out of this predicament. Daisy wanted Alicia to see the truth, to which she had been kept blind all along.
She tried telling Alicia the truth before, but things would be different now if Alicia had believed her earlier.
"I'm really sorry, Alicia," Daisy feels guilty because she should have done something like this earlier, but she was scared of her family doing anything against her brother.
Alicia was still angry, thinking about how she had blindly trusted Michael. Now, her family's business was in danger, and she was worried about how to protect them from the Gilbert family.
An awkward silence filled between them.
"Thank you, Daisy. It was our mistake; we didn't believe you." Mia breaks the silence, admitting how she and Alicia treated Daisy. All Daisy wanted was to warn them, but they treated her badly.
"I won't bother you anymore." Daisy stands up and walks out.
