Giovanni and Marissa were walking and laughing happily, after their lunch date that went well until they arrived inside the sitting room to see Grandfather and Edward, seated with a serious look on their faces.
One that made Giovanni tell Marissa to go upstairs, but Grandfather interrupted and told him that she's the reason why they were here, so there was no going upstairs for her.
Marisa was angry, not at Giovanni anymore but at his father and grandfather, who didn't have any human conscience inside of them, to tender an apology to her for what Joanna did to her father.
They claimed that she's family, but yet the way they treat their family is funny. Especially, Edward, the biggest jerk in the world and the worst father. She didn't know why Giovanni still insists that she have this baby here, because if it was up to her, she wanted to be far away from these people.
