What was she expecting when she walked into his house, knowing fully well that as long as that girl was still around him, that there's nothing that would be said about their relationship. Giovanni would never take her back, that was simply the truth that he didn't want to tell, though she knew that too but she's just plain stupid.
Regardless, he didn't mind the fact that she's been too loud. He only needed her for what he stands to gain, he has observed Giovanni's girl the little they have stayed at home. She's the typical quiet girl that wouldn't want to be the one that would bring a problem in the family, but yet the way she insulted his mother made his opinion about her, to change.
