That's all Marissa heard from Giovanni's conversation, with his father as he was walking up and down the sitting room where she sat down, eating dinner ice cream and trying hard not to eavesdrop on his conversation, since she knew that he's not going to tell her what's going on.
She yawned, feeling tired and sleepy that she could count how many hours that had gone by, with Giovanni still being on his phone, that there's nothing else that Marisa could say anymore, than not try to do anything to gain his attention.
She tried to think of anything to do, before she heard his footsteps then did she sat up, the sleep wiped from her face only to stare at Giovanni.
"Would you care to tell me what's going on now?" She asked him, as he looked at her, contemplating whether to give in and tell her what was happening, since this wasn't about him anymore, their marriage is just a day away but his grandfather couldn't keep his fights at bay.
