I stood nervously in the training yard, my hands trembling as I clutched the hilt of my sword. Today, I was to be trained by the legendary swordsman, Vergil, a pro with a reputation that struck fear into the hearts of many.

Vergil, cloaked in darkness, approached me with an air of confidence. His piercing blue eyes seemed to see through me as he examined my every move. Without a word, he unsheathed his gleaming katana-like sword, Yamato. The blade hummed with an otherworldly energy, its beauty and deadly elegance captivating me.

My heart raced as I realized the immense gap in our skills. "So, where do we start, Mr. Vergil?" I stammered.

Vergil's voice was calm and collected as he replied, "First, we start with the basics." With a flick of his wrist, he sent a flurry of lightning-fast strikes my way. I barely managed to block them, my muscles trembling from the effort.
