Azier sat in the darkness again. In order to preserve his delicate sanity, he pretended that the past few months had just been some fever dream, and none of it had happened at all. Yep. It was just his good ol' imagination....
The metal scent this cage he was locked in hadn't been the one he was used to - but he could work around that. He could work around anything if he tried hard enough and his mind was up to it.
Right now, his mind was filled with confusion, anger, and a tiny bit of relief as he knew Yrsula wasn't one of Azrael's new playthings. What had his brother do such a thing? Had Tobias' mind been warped, or did he himself remember the past incorrectly?
Everything was muddled now.
As much as he had learned from his adventure thus far, Azier sure was easily pulled back into the pity party Ilsandra had pulled him out of when she discovered his buried head.
