Azier's vision was really blurry when he opened his eyes. He couldn't tell where he was - but it was dark.
'No....' he thought immediately. 'This isn't happening again...I don't want to be back in that damn box. Was it a dream, or did they abandon me?'
For one with such racing thoughts, Azier's body didn't move in reaction. He couldn't even feel his body. He couldn't feel anything but a dull sense of awareness, and some odd numbness that felt a little 'floaty'.
He closed his eyes again, hoping to clear his vision with a few blinks, but even doing that hadn't fixed his out of focus view.
Groaning wasn't even an option as he tried to muster out some kind of noise, movement, or even a nose twitch. Nothing happened.
