He held her hand and stared down to the wounds and put his palm over hers. Her heart raced and her breath quickened as her skin repaired itself at his command. He felt her eyes upon him, but tried to ignore her pretty gaze.
"Next time, just tell me if you're hurt," he offered with a kind intent, but it didn't come out as nicely as he wanted it to.
Yrsula began to protest with a frown, "I didn't want you to be upset at me."
"I understand. I am sorry I am so on edge. It's not exactly a great place to be in. I wish I knew what happened here, and that I had never put my grandfather or my mother in this rough circumstance to begin with. All of this - it's all my fault." Azier answered with pain and shame in his throat.
She seemed to take pity on him as he peered down at her with a sullen expression. "If I had just behaved when I was younger, my grandfather, my aunts - and my mom - they'd all be here. My brother's, too."
