Rio emerged from his deep slumber startled by the powerful winds that swept across his body, sending cold shivers down his spine. The force of the wind was so strong that it made him tremble and his muscles ache as he tried warm himself up. The chilliness in the air seemed to seep into every inch of his body, making him feel vulnerable and exposed. The wind embraced his body as if trying to hug him.
As he looked up into the vast expanse of the sky, he saw that it was obscured by a thick layer of gravel-gray clouds that formed a cloak of darkness over the world. The wind was blowing relentlessly, carrying with it the scent of rain who was eager to embrace and drench him.
Rio squinted his eyes against the cold wind as he peered beyond the edge of the cliff. The crashing waves of the ocean were a testament to the destructive force of nature, rising and falling with an irresistible power that seemed to mirror the volatile emotions racing through his own mind. It was as if the ocean, too, understood the spiral of feelings that was consuming him in that moment. With a heavy sigh, Rio turned away from the edge of the cliff, feeling an overwhelming sense of helplessness wash over him as he confronted the reality of his situation.
As Rio gazed at the roaring ocean below, he knew that he couldn't just sit around and wait for something to happen. He needed to take action, to find out if there was anyone else still alive. With his heart RACING, Rio quickly began to make a plan, his thoughts awhirl with the gravity of the situation.
Determined to find any survivors, Rio stands up with newfound purpose. With confidence, he steps into the dark, dense forest. As he enters the forest, a strong gust of wind blows through the leaves and branches.
Making the smell of pine wood invade the whole forest, the fresh and relaxing vibe it brings with it gives Rio hope and faith that his tribe members will be fine and alive.
with his feet getting scratch against the needle-strewn floor, as the pine tree branches extend towards the sky, forming a dense canopy of greenery that blocks out the sky.
But despite the darkness and the threat that it implied, Rio remains determined as he forges ahead into the unknown, driven by the hope that he may find a survivor, or perhaps even discover the root cause of his situation.
As Rio walked deeper into the dark forest, he called out into the nothingness for any sign of his loved ones. He called out their names.
"LEO!"
"BRAUD!"
"MOM, DAD ARE YOU OUT THERE?"
"LEO, WHERE ARE YOU BROTHER!" "LEO!"
His voice filled with desperation and fear, but there was no response. The silence was deafening, and it only seemed to fuel the growing sense of despair that was overtaking him. With each step he took, his heart sank deeper into his stomach, and he couldn't shake the feeling that he was truly all alone.
Little by little, Rio began to lose hope.Tears fell down his face as his voice began to crack from the spiraling emotion of sadness in his head and heart. And once again his emotions dominated his body. Unable to stand it Rio falls down on his knees and begins to weep for his family and friends.
"Crunch" "Crunch" "Crunch"
. . .
Rio's heart skipped a beat at the sudden sound of branches being stepped on.
He was terrified of what the being behide him could possibly be, Rio didn't know if it was a friend or a foe.
. . .
The sound grew louder and nearer, and every time it became closer Rio felt his heart fall, he trembled with fear to the point of paralysis.
Feeling its presence right behind him, Rio braced himself for what was bound to happen to him.
"H-hello..?"
Upon hearing the voice, Rio's heart skips a beat, and his whole body fills with a strange combination of relief and excitement. With his heart racing, he turns around and sees a familiar face, someone he cared for and had been searching for. The realization hits him like a ton of bricks, and he can barely believe what he's seeing.
Upon seeing each other, Rio and Braud are overcome with a mixture of shock, happiness, and relief. They both stare at each other for what feels like an eternity, trying to soak up the miracle that has just occurred. Finally, Rio breaks the silence with a small laugh, a sound of pure joy that echoes through the dense forest. Braud returns the laugh, his own voice quivering with emotion.
"Braud!" he exclaims, his voice filled with emotion. "Oh my god, it's really you. I thought I was alone... I was going crazy."
Tears of happiness begin to stream down his face as he rushes towards his best friend, ready to embrace him and never let go.
They embrace each other tightly, their arms around each other's back and their heads leaning into each other's shoulders, crying. It was a moment that would be etched in their minds forever for rest of their lives, a moment that that could never be forgotten.
The sound of their cries echoes through the dense forest, a testament to the depth of their emotions and the pure joy they felt at being reunited. It was as if they were long-lost friends who had finally come back together after years apart.
They held each other close, both of them trembling with happiness and relief, tears streaming down their cheeks.
But for them, even if they were hugging each other, they still felt as if they were dreaming, every part of it felt unbelievable.
"I-...I can't believe it you're okay.....than-..thank God"
Words could barely come out of their mouths
"Yes...braud...i-...I'm..okay"
"Ha...ha...ha..ha..I-...I..thought..i.. was.. gonna....die"
"Hahaha,…me..too"
Once again, the two friends embraced each other tightlyb as if the world was going to end if they let go of each other.
"Braud, come with me."
The two boys marched together towards the cliff, when they arrived Rio signaled to Braud to sit down As they sat together on the cliff, side by side, the two boys' hearts began to slow, and they felt the weight of their exhaustion. The emotions they had felt throughout the day had been overwhelming, and now they were ready for a restful sleep.
Slowly, one by one, their eyes began to droop, and soon enough, they were both fast asleep by each other's sides, surrounded by the cool air and the sound of the crashing waves in the distance.
It was the first time in what felt like ages that they both had felt safe, and they were grateful to each other for being there in the darkest moments. As the darkness descended, they slept soundly, secure in the knowledge that they were no longer alone.
