Anna's gaze passed over the crowd and finally fell on Betsy Russell's face. She smiled and looked at Thad Drew beside her, innocently asking, "Brother Thad, it looks like your rumored girlfriend is over there. Shall we go and say hello?"
As Thad listened to Anna's words and followed her gaze, he saw Betsy and Jared Hughes standing together. Just as he was about to walk over, the charity gala hall's door opened, "No need."
Anna kept looking at Thad, and hearing him say this, she just smiled, but the amusement didn't reach her eyes.
Because the doors of the charity gala had opened, everyone began to head in that direction.
As Betsy entered, she took off her down jacket, revealing the light green dress underneath.
Anna lined up behind her, and she craned her neck to see Betsy's dress, a sly smile flashing in her eyes.
"What are you looking at?" Thad asked curiously.
When Anna heard Thad's question, her face broke into a radiant smile, "I was just looking at Miss Russell."
