"Miss, may I have your last name please?" The nurse smiled at Betsy Russell.
"My last name is Russell."
When the nurse heard the word "Russell," the light in her eyes disappeared instantly. She turned her head and smiled at Betsy Russell, "Miss Russell, Dr. Irene is available now. Do you need me to make an appointment for you?"
"Yes, please. Thank you," Betsy Russell said with a smile.
The nurse handed the medical record to Betsy Russell and then said, "Miss Russell, room number 666 on the sixth floor."
Betsy Russell thanked the nurse with a smile and then headed towards the elevator.
As Betsy Russell entered the elevator, the nurse sat back down and immediately made a phone call. After the call was answered, she said, "Dr. Irene, Miss Russell is on her way up to see you now."
"Thank you, I got it. You continue with your work!"
The call was hung up directly on the other end.
