Betsy Russell had just put down her phone when the doorbell rang, and Jared Hughes walked towards the entrance.
It wasn't long before Jared returned with dinner in hand, "We can eat now."
Jared naturally placed the takeout on the table and took out each container one by one.
Betsy looked up at Jared, speaking calmly, "Now you can tell me about the situation with the Turley family, right?"
"Let's talk while we eat."
After dinner, Betsy lowered her gaze, lost in thought, "So, as long as we take down Linda, we can take down the Turley family's resources."
"That's right," Jared continued, "You can go talk to Linda, she has plans to expand inland, and you can show her your sincerity."
After some contemplation, Betsy nodded earnestly, "Alright, I'll handle the rest."
With business out of the way, Betsy glanced at the clock in the living room, "It's getting late, Mr. Hughes, it's time for you to go home and rest, isn't it?"
