Sir Hughes became more and more agitated, wishing he could hold a knife to Jared Hughes's neck, "It's your wedding, and your father-in-law has spoken up, but you remain indifferent. Jared originally wanted Bill Treiber to handle this matter because he knew that this wedding was likely Betsy's revenge against the Hughes family.
