Inside the private room.
White porridge and six light dishes were placed on the table. Betsy Russell looked up at Thad Drew sitting opposite her. She had to admit, he was a very considerate person.
Thad being so considerate, was either a natural personality trait or a result of being well-trained by a previous girlfriend.
However, there were no scandals about Thad online.
"Thad, if I may ask, who's your ex-girlfriend?" Betsy was truly curious, wondering which big-shot could have trained such an attentive boyfriend.
Hearing Betsy's words, Thad's smile paused for a moment, his peach blossom eyes full of laughter, and asked, "What made you think of asking that?"
"Curiosity." Betsy took a sip of white porridge, the fragrance lingering on her lips. She stared intently at Thad, "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone."
Thad took a bite of the dish and placed it in Betsy's bowl, his lips curving into a faint smile, asking, "Can I take this as you being interested in me?"
