Selene interjected with a curious tilt of her head, "Have you assessed her compatibility?"
Puzzled, Liam responded, "Compatibility? What are you referring to?"
Selene's eyes widened slightly in surprise before she elaborated, "I'm talking about compatibility for Ascension paths. Here, we grade it from F to S, with S being the highest."
"The grade reflects how naturally an individual can adapt to and master a particular path. Since the Ascension paths available to us are limited."
Liam, his brow knitted, countered, "But aren't there various types of paths? Like the covenant type, for instance. Those types shouldn't restrict who can ascend."
