Irys is now laying her head on Liam's chest as they lie in bed, their bodies covered in sweat.
They have been sharing their passion for hours, stretching into the night.
"Didn't you promise to meet up with Luna?" Irys gazes at him, her skin slightly red.
"I told her we will go tomorrow."
"What about Elly? Is she still waiting for us?"
Liam sighed, unsure what to do. "Well, I told her we would stay the night. But knowing Elly, she's probably still waiting outside."
"My man is really charming," Irys says as she kisses him on the cheek.
"You made it clear to her, so there's no need to feel sorry. It's her choice."
Liam, trying to change the subject, asks, "What about you? What have you been up to since we returned from Origin?"
Irys begins to narrate her story. After Origin, she returned with Zalya to Planet Zephiri.
There, they focused on training for their Ascension Path.
