The camera continued to follow them all the way, except for the restaurant's main entrance. Spencer Sullivan glanced at the camera, then directly asked Rose Peterson, "How did Ella Quinn do with her translation work today?"
This question caught Rose off guard, but she quickly adapted and responded, "So far, she's been doing quite well, but the day's work is not over yet."
Yvonne Young translated what Spencer Sullivan and Rose Peterson said for President Wells.
After hearing it, President Wells added to Rose's point, "Ms. Quinn's translation work is outstanding. Many people who have lived in Elysium for years don't speak Elysian as well as she does. We can switch to English later and discuss some work-related matters at the company."
'Work-related matters' was a subtle hint, meaning there shouldn't be any outsiders present.
Livestreaming would be out of the question now.
With President Wells' affirmation, Rose Peterson's opinion was pretty much void.
