Mandy Carter patted her chest confidently.
Yvonne Young burst into laughter, "Ms. Parker, are you feeling threatened?"
Mandy's face darkened when her thoughts were exposed, but she maintained her poise and humility in the company setting, "To be honest, you pose no threat to me. When you were trying every way possible to marry him five years ago, I wasn't worried about him falling in love with you. Now that your family is bankrupt and you've been in jail, what do I have to worry about?"
"Huh..." Yvonne Young chuckled lightly when she heard this. She laughed at Mandy for clearly worrying that she would use her old tricks to steal Spencer Sullivan away and laughed at herself, truly hurt by Mandy's words.
Yvonne didn't respond.
Mandy continued self-righteously, "I'm advising you to leave Starlight Group because I think your presence here would cause negative publicity for the company. Have you thought about how your nephew would see you, his aunt, when he sees those scandals?"
