Meanwhile, Adi was smiling as he could already imagine the shock on the faces of Pratap and his other men in future. He couldn't wait to get the manual from system and implement it. Also, it was time for some negotiation.
From the wall, they went to the shore area of Rai. The shore was around 15 kilometers wide with the beach taking space of around 5 kilometers which included all the shallow water region.
Rest were some rugged terrain and uneven shores with deep waters which he thought could result in a good docking space. He had heard from the people here that there was a good sea traffic in the past and merchants from other Kingdoms and even continents practiced trade here.
But that was in the past. Now, there were no docking areas and or any ships. It was an abandoned area except for the people who sometime went to sea to fish from there.
After knowing about the situation of people in Rai and organizing basic issues there, he helped them in their work. They were very excited and pumped up to see their King working with them. The joy in their faces could be seen. Adi also understood their feelings and a smile crept on his face unknowingly.
As the sun went below the western walls, Adi decided to call it a day. Some of the elders were already shifted to one of the estates.
This estate previously belonged to some Noble who used to live here. So, it was well maintained. Rest of the people will shift the next day.
After so many years, the people of Rai had smiles on their face at the end of the day. Their happiness came from the bottom of their hearts.
Nobody among them ever dreamed of the King talking to them, much less working together without any ridicule and abuse.
Adi went back to castle with his men and to have his dinner after washing himself. Adi called for all the men to assemble in the courtyard of the Palace. All thousand men were present there in few minutes.
Adi gestured to Pratap and then addressed, "Men, from tomorrow you will have a change in your training schedule. I will introduce a new system to you which is many times better and complete than your present one. I assure you that after a couple of months of training, you will be much more capable in your job than you are today. Everyone will assemble here tomorrow morning before the Sun rises up and i will personally train all of you. Am I clear?"
Men in unison : "Yes My King."
Adi nodded in satisfaction, "Good. You did well today. Keep it up. You all are dismissed."
He then turned to Pratap and said with a gloating smile "Pratap, from tomorrow you will begin to be a General. Rest well today."
Pratap thought that Adi's tone was like laughing on others' misfortune but he dismissed it as soon as it came. He wished him a good night and went for his dinner after arranging the night shifts.
During dinner Adi told his mother about some of the reforms he carried out today and asked for her advice. Laxmi was an intelligent woman as her thoughtfulness has saved them time and time again.
Because of her maintaining distance from the palace politics and the fight for crown, Adi had lived a less dangerous childhood. He was bullied often, but he did not had any danger towards his life.
She only wanted to have a peaceful life for herself and her son. She was amazed by Adi's thought process but reiterated her stance,
"Adi my son, you are a grown up now. You are an adult and even become the King of Rai. You should take your own decisions with full confidence and your mother will support you in everything. Just make sure that you are not in any harm's way. Only if you are safe can I have peace in my mind live without worries."
Adi was touched from listening to his mother. This lady has dedicated her entire life just for her son's safety. He assured his mother that he will always be careful in future while making decisions and will not get into danger head-first.
Adi went to bed after his dinner but did not sleep. He had been waiting to have a chat with the system throughout the day.
It was time to have a thorough negotiation with the System. He called for system in his mind.
Adi : "System, show my stats."
System displayed the pop up window.

Adi noticed the only change in his stats. The 500 BP he received were for trying to change the mindset of society in his empire. This was also the trigger to his present plan.
Adi asked system, "System, I want various seeds for farming. What will be the cost of it?"
System replied in a monotonous voice, "System will remind Host that it will only provide Host with various knowledge. It will not provide Host with any things out of air like magic. Host should work hard himself."
Adi knew that system will reply this way but he was prepared. "System please state what was your objective once again."
System : "To aid Host to teach morals and ethics to this world and upgrade people's standard of living by helping you in completing your missions and also give you rewards."
Adi nodded in his mind, "Exactly. Then is there stated anywhere that I can only buy EVERYTHING from you and you can't give it?"
System : "No its not but...."
Adi cut system in between and asked further, "Then is there stated anywhere that you can't provide me with things i want like the seeds today??"
System : "No its not stated anywhere but why would system provide you with these things freely? Its host responsibility to gather these. System will just give missions to give a clear path and reward with points."
Adi said with a forceful tone, "Because it is your mission to do so. If you only provide information after I buy it then what will be the difference between a search engine and you, who claim to be Almighty?"
System paused for a few moment and said again "Host's arguments are correct but still, system thinks that if you don't earn all these things then you will not value free things. You have to earn them to learn its value."
Adi argued back, "You have to aid me in helping to teach them morals and upgrade their life. If we go 'earning' everything and just using knowledge, do you know how much time it will take. Think of the so many lives it will cost and the pain they suffer in between. Also, suppose there is a war in between and I die because of less men, won't you be guilty of not helping. When you could have given guns and modern arms to protect me and also the people, you did not do so because of 'earn' logic. Think about the end target too and don't just focus on the means. We have to be morally upright but that doesn't mean that we have to be rigid."
System was silenced from this logic. It knew that Adi wanted more benefits but it couldn't ignore his arguments. They were valid and logical. Teaching new theories and technologies can not happen instantly. It takes time to even graduate from colleges much less introducing everything from scratch. It checked its command code and calculated the pros and cons of the action.
